Our approach is unique. We work "with" you. Because we do all of the technical work, you don't have to become electronic publishers or buy any special software and hardware. The work gets done on time, and it looks great.
1. We Never OCR: Optical Character Recognition (OCR) is a method used for scanning documents into a computer and turning "pictures" of words into a text document that can be edited. The accuracy achieved is 90% at best, depending on the quality of the original document. We choose to retype older documents that do not exist in electronic format. Our methods yield 99.995% accuracy and cost only between $1.00 and $2.00 per page depending on how many words are on a page. Post editing an OCR document to our level of accuracy would cost much more.
2. We Edit Your Documents: Saving a document as a "web page" is not an exact science. Mistakes are made with columns, underlining and other formatting. We therefore will "post edit" your documents for maximum visual performance.
